Under the slogan "Your quality of life is worth gold," the initiative aimed to raise awareness and encourage employees to adopt healthier habits, both at work and in their daily lives.
Health Walk 2024
In its 3rd consecutive edition, the Health Walk 2024 was part of the Wellness Week program, expanding its reach beyond the company's walls. This time, the event was aimed at the external public, engaging residents from neighboring communities in a morning filled with movement, connection, and awareness.
Young Opportunity
The campaign aimed to engage the mining company's external audience by promoting the Young Opportunity Program. This initiative values and empowers young people aged 17 to 21, offering training that combines theoretical classes with practical activities.

Conecta Appian is an app developed to unify the internal communication channels of Appian Capital Brazil’s assets, including the mining companies Atlantic Nickel, Graphcoa, and Mineração Vale Verde.
Restoring the Earth to Cultivate Life (Environment Week)
The Environment Week is an annual campaign aimed at engaging employees and neighboring communities in sustainability initiatives and awareness activities. In 2024, under the inspiring theme "Restoring the Earth to Cultivate Life," the campaign focused on raising awareness about the risks of desertification and the importance of environmental regeneration to maintain planetary balance.
Calm Driver, Safer Roads
This campaign was developed for Maio Amarelo (Yellow May), a month dedicated to raising awareness about traffic safety. With the slogan “Calm Driver, Safer Roads”, the objective was to emphasize the importance of staying calm and focused while driving to prevent accidents.
Dam Emergency Drill
Atlantic Nickel conducts the annual Dam Emergency Drill, an activity required by law. The objective is to engage employees and local communities, raising awareness about evacuation action plans in case of an emergency.
Stress-Free Carnival 2024
The "Stress-Free Carnival" campaign aimed to raise awareness among employees about adopting safe behaviors during the festive season. Key topics included traffic safety, responsible alcohol consumption, abstaining from drug use, and promoting respect toward others, especially women.
Cacao Project
Cacao is more than a fruit: it is a historical and cultural symbol of Bahia. In the 1920s, the southern region of the state was the world's largest producer of cacao, a legacy that still earns the fruit the title of "Bahia's gold." To honor this tradition and contribute to the sustainable development of local communities, the mining company created the Cacao Project.
